## Description
I wanted to build Scala package from source. I just pulled repository (with submodules), compiled `*.so` libraries and run `./mvnw install`. Tests was failed.
### Error Message
```

Tried on latest master and on latest tag.

mkdir build

which code base did you built on? It did not seemed to have problem on my end with most recent master build on CPU.

I've got same result when compile libmxnet with `make`.
```
make USE_CUDA=1 USE_CUDA_PATH=/usr/local/cuda USE_CUDNN=1
