[users@httpd] Forbidden again

Folks,
Sorry for posting again this question, as I have deleted the mails related to the "forbidden" subject (dont know if it´s similar to mine).
Im trying to make my https work, and just out of curiosity, I typed http://localhost:443, and it gave me the error below:

"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Apache/2.0.46 (Unix) mod_jk/1.2.4 Server at lath09.dcs.citicorp.com Port 80"

But I didnt include the Listen 80 to my httpd-ssl.conf (only 443). Where does it come from???

Pls your support.
Thanks

Ingrid
