When viewing a HBase app with 20 region-servers, the following were seen:
* Summary section should have 25% fixed width for property name, and rest for value. In screenshot attached, the names are squished more than they should be.
* The Summary section on the left, and Status+Containers sections on the right should end up with the same height. If status section is smaller than status+containers, then its height should increase to status+containers size. If status+containers size is less, then containers size should increase to match the height. We do similar thing in service status pages.
* Application hover border is chopped off on the left. We need to either move the hover 5px to the right, or change the orientation to be on the right.
* Currently Ganglia section link always points to generic link {{http://ganglia-host/ganglia/}}. If the quick-url {{app.ganglia}} is available, it should replace the generic link value. If {{app.ganglia}} is not available, it should still use the generic link.
