[jira] [Created] (ZEPPELIN-1990) Zeppelin holding cluster resources

Srikanth Daggumalli created ZEPPELIN-1990:
---------------------------------------------

             Summary: Zeppelin holding cluster resources
                 Key: ZEPPELIN-1990
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ZEPPELIN-1990
             Project: Zeppelin
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Core
    Affects Versions: 0.6.1
         Environment: MapR distribution
            Reporter: Srikanth Daggumalli
            Priority: Critical

Zeppelin instance holding up the resources even there is no job is running.

Below are more details.

-Open zeppelin with *five different users* and submit a job (any job pyspark or spark sql etc).
-For each user there will be *separate Zeppelin instance *get created.
-For each job, Job execution will be done fine but the *resources(memory and CPU vcores) * not being freed up and being hold by the zeppelin

So, Zeppelin holding of resources even if there is no job running. Which leads to blocker for other jobs to run on the cluster.
