WireAttacher change

In order to allow for attachment of "optimized" wires on a source  
component, I'm going to slightly change the WireAttacher interface to  
pass in the target Component as well as the source Component during  
the attach operation. In the case of Java implementation types, this  
will allow the WireAttacher to create an ObjectFactory that delegates  
to the target's ScopeContainer to return an instance for direct  
injection onto the source.
