About vCloud driver in libcoud

Libcloud Team :  
We have a question to consultation,
why is the vCloud driver in libcloud disabled by default?   
Is there any reason for that?

Hello,

I don't know why the driver is disabled, but just can still instantiate it
manually:

from libcloud.compute.drivers.vcloud import VCloudNodeDriver
> instance = VCloudNodeDriver(username, password)


In any case I will research it further and if there isn't a specific reason
why this drivers is not exposed, I will add it back.
