Setting SOAPAction

Hi all, 
 
I found a few post regarding this but they seem to refer to obsolete api...

How can I set the SOAPAction?      I am using the invoke(InputStream) api,
and somehow the name of the root element of my SOAP-ENV-Body becomes the
SOAPAction... How can I bypass this?
