initial default httpd.conf file isn't built properly

when using the following configure statement:

./configure --prefix=/usr --datadir=/var/www"

The document root in the httpd.conf file is set to:

DocumentRoot: "/usr//var/www/htdocs"

Instead of the expected:

DocumentRoot "/var/www/htdocs"
