[jira] Updated: (MNG-897) allows use of Ant build files
[ http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MNG-897?page=all ]
John Casey updated MNG-897:
---------------------------
Fix Version: 2.0-beta-2
Complexity: Expert (was: Intermediate)
Remaining Estimate: 8 hours
Original Estimate: 28800
will review this plugin/plugin-set, and see how well it integrates with a custom Ant component factory, like we're using for beanshell and marmalade.
Ideally, Ant scripts could be marked up with metadata to create a plugin.xml, and then be treated as first-class citizens in the mojo world, rather than putting in an enabler layer between the mojo apis and implementations.
For programmatic Ant usage, however, we'll probably introduce a support API to make this easier.
