[jira] [Resolved] (HDFS-271) Metrics on Secondary namenode's activity

Allen Wittenauer resolved HDFS-271.
-----------------------------------

    Resolution: Won't Fix

I'm going to close this as Won't Fix. Sites that have large NNs will likely deploy QJM or equiv, making this change unnecessary.

> To monitor secondary namenode's activiely, we currently rely on 'delete' metrics when it replays the edits.
> (HADOOP-1495)
> Requesting for new metrics that shows secondary namenode's activity.
