Hyper is Hypervisor-agnostic Docker Engine, I hope marathon can support it.(https://github.com/mesosphere/marathon/issues/1815)

In earlier talk about the implement possible with with Tim Chen, He suggest firstly implement the engine like mesos-src/docker/docker.hpp
