This PR updates the Spanish translation catalog
### BEFORE/AFTER SCREENSHOTS OR ANIMATED GIF

### TESTING INSTRUCTIONS
Run superset-frontend build to verify translations compile without errors.
Change Superset's UI language to Spanish and confirm the interface displays translations correctly.
Verify no UI breakage or errors during normal app usage.
