This is issue can be related to OOXML Markup Compatibility (see
https://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/OOXML/Markup_Compatibility_and_Extensibility
and https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg482166.aspx)

The missing text box is wrapped in <mc:AlternateContent> section and probably
it is not imported. So far, I am not sure if the import does have this feature
implemented.
