Cocoon2 won't refresh

Did anyone else encounter a problem with Cocoon2 where it won't refresh the
web pages? I am playing with XML/XSL files. I will load the page once and
then make a change. If I change the XML, the change comes up once I click on
the Refresh button. (I am using IE 5.) If I change the XSL, the change will
not appear. Why?
