Apache 2.0 on locus.

I have a version of 2.0 running on port 8092 on locus.  This is running a
config file very close to what www.apache.org is currently running.  There
is an issue with the virtual hosts, that I am still tracking down.  I can
get virtual hosts to work just fine on my machine, but on locus every
virtual host resolves to www.apache.org.  Which is REALLY odd, because the
default virtual host is dev.apache.org.  Currently the server is running
the prefork MPM, because I am trying to track down the Virtual Host
issues.  As soon as I figure out those issues, I will re-compile the
server and run the mpmt_pthread MPM.  I expect to have all of this worked
out later tonight.
