Overriding Column Headers Renderers

Hi !!

I want to override how the table columns, actually, SimpleTableColumn,
renders. It's really a mess of classes, and I can't get how to do it.
I don't want to use Blocks. I know there is a chance to override it
using the ITableRendererSource interface. But I don't find any
example.
