I don't use modules, but...

You don't say how the switch action gets invoked. If its via a <html:link> on 
the page, then I think you need to do something like the following:

   <html:link module="moduleA" action="synForm">....</html:link>

...which takes away the need to have action mappings in the "default" module to 
switch to moduleA?

Also, can you please ask questions in the User mailing list, rather than 
openning bug reports.
