1. If cluster name is too long the alignment is broken

2. error message for EMR configuration should be aligned from left side

3. error message for EMR configuration should appear during typing as it is for notebook name implemented. But now error message eppears after clicking beyond ofEMR configuration check box. Please see video 'EMR validation' in attachment
