updated slave.jar to the latest version of hudson to see if this resolves this issues. As the error in the build console is :
ERROR: Processing failed due to a bug in the code. 
hudson.remoting.RequestAbortedException: hudson.remoting.RequestAbortedException: java.io.EOFException.
