Marmotta 3.2 release planning

Hi all,

we have a release scheduled for the end of next week, so we need to
start the VOTE on Tuesday...

I've been going through the Issues of the 3.2 release and cleaned up a
few of them. We'll not manage to resolve all of them by next week, but
if there are Issues important for you, please vote them up in JIRA or
- much better! - "start progress" on them!

I think we can move most of them, especially the "Improvements" and
"New Features" to the 3.3 release.
