To have HTTPS supported, a https protocol handler should be present, so that
java can fetch the pages. Installing the JSSE and having the protocol handler
available to tomcat/jetspeed should do. This is not a Jetspeed issue, but a
general java virtual machine issue until SSL is not present in the base java
libraries.
