Is it just you that needs Axis training or a group of developers?
My company teaches a course on web services that has a strong focus on Axis.
I created the course. You can read a little about it at

I don't claim to be an expert, but I've been using Axis in production
for about a year (involving web services for the Library of Congress)
and would like to know more about your needs. If I feel competent in
the area where you need help we could move forward. Does that sound
fair to you?
