XMLForms handling demo

Hi.

When I try to repeat the execution of the demo:  http://localhost:8080/cocoon/samples/xmlform/wizard.
 
I receive a java.lang.NullPointerException.

- C2-CVS 14.01.2003
- Apache Tomcat/4.0
- Windows 2000
- jdk1.3.1_06
