[jira] [Commented] (DRILL-3949) new storage plugin config is not saved on OS X

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DRILL-3949?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=14963856#comment-14963856 ]

Chris Westin commented on DRILL-3949:
-------------------------------------

It's not even stored if you *don't* reboot. I've tripped over this several times recently while trying to reproduce a bug with sqlline running in embedded mode. As I start and exit sqlline, I expected it to remember storage plug-in adjustments from my last run, but found that it didn't. From the above, it sounds like that is expected to work; is it?

> Drill 1.2.0 running in embedded mode removes /tmp/drill/sys.storage_plugins on my OSX. I created a new storage plugin, and it disappeared when I rebooted.
