after an ilegal input in the 'Add CMS User'-form lenya shows the form a second
time (with the error-messages). but if the description-field was submited empty
it shows a strange character (something like �) at the second time (only in IE).
i've got the bug-report for this field only, but i'm pretty sure it's not the
only textarea-field with this problem.
