what's the status of crimson 1.1

We have crimson 1.1 available with its source but what's the LICENCE 
for it ?

Apache, GPL or still restricted. 

I'd like to build a RPM for it and make it available worldwide but
I need to know if it's legal....

Crimson (the code under org.apache.crimson.*) is covered by the Apache
License.  See http://xml.apache.org/crimson for more info.  I guess
there needs to be a statement on the page that explicitly states this.
