Review Comment:
Perhaps something like "If you subscribe to the mailing list then you will get reminders prior to the meeting along with a link to the meeting itself?"
Otherwise, I imagine someone reading this might think they are expected to first subscribe and then also ask where/when the meetings are.

Do we need to be careful about "Arrow" vs "Apache Arrow" throughout this change?

Oh, it looks like there is, thanks for pointing this out @assignUser! I recall that the Rust sync meeting was cancelled for a while in early 2022 but [it looks like it has resumed](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1atCVnoff5SR4eM4Lwf2M1BBJTY6g3_HUNR6qswYJW_U/). I'll add this here.
@iajoiner if people are interested in attending the Arrow Rust sync meeting, where should they go to get more information?

Hey @ianmcook this looks good and other feedback provides so far looks good too.
Re:
> Should we add links here to the agenda & notes Google Docs for each of these meetings?
If possible since it'd promote engagement but maybe only if we feel like we can keep the links working. If we don't link, pointing the user to the mailing list archives as a way to find links would be an alternative.

Generally, the first mention on a page should use the full name "Apache Arrow" but subsequent mentions can omit the "Apache." So this is fine.
