[JSP] api for customizing contents of a jsp page

    I want  portal like capability where  a user can  change or create fields .
      I want to  add functionality through which a user can add more fields or remove fields or  change the display name of the field  like portal page, where a user  can create a form just with drag and drop,  
      are there  any  open source  java api to achieve this ?
