i got the Cocoon.xml but not the entire sample page

hi, 

i'm trying to install cocoon 1.8 on jakarta-tomcat 3.2.1 on windows 2000 with apache
and i got the Cocoon.xml page but i'm in trouble with the sample page...

all i got is text/html in the upper left corner and the cocoon live show image...

is there somebody who can help me....
