Have you read http://httpd.apache.org/docs-project/, especially
http://httpd.apache.org/docs-project/translations.html?
For Russsian translation, contactin Ilia would be a good start.

Hi All,
Can anyone explain me, how I should translate documents into non-English
language? I would like to translate some documents from 2.0 branch into
Russian language.
PS: Suggest what I can't use CVS because I don't have access to these ports.
