`SslTransportLayerTest.testServerCipherDynamicUpdate` in ce-kafka is failing for `tlsv1.3`, however this is not caught in the CI since we are using java 8 in our setting see here, while `tlsv1.3` requires java version >= 11 so only `tlsv1.2` is ran in semaphore.
