would like to participate as a QA volunteer, to take part in this project
and help improve OpenOffice to *'*give something back to the community*'. *
I am Hungarian student of economics from Serbia, with a passion for
computing, especially interested in software, however I want to take my
hobby to the next level .I am looking forward to meeting new challenges,

Hello Anett,

Welcome to the Apache OpenOffice project and our QA team!

We have a webpage full of useful information and "start up" tasks for
new volunteers:
http://openoffice.apache.org/orientation/intro-qa.html

I recommend that you read through that page and follow the
instructions there. This will help you get set up with a Bugzilla
account and explain the tasks we do and the process we follow.

If you have any questions when reviewing this material, please ask.
We have many volunteers on the QA team who can help you.

Also, when you are done reviewing that page, be sure to add your
information to our wiki here:

https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OOOUSERS/QA+Testing+Preferences

This helps us understand what platforms and features you are able to
test. Then I can send you some bug reports to review. This will
help get your more familiar with our process.

Thanks!

-Rob
