Fix Version/s: 5.1.0
Release Note: Phoenix 5.1 now uses Hadoop 3.1.4 for build, and includes Hadoop 3.1.4 in phoenix-client.
Resolution: Fixed
Committed to master.
Thanks for the reviews [~vjasani] and [~mnpoonia].
This still affects 4.x, but I don't think we care about building 4.x with anything but Java 7.
