When we start to use Kafka Connect in [Step 6|https://kafka.apache.org/documentation/#quickstart_kafkaconnect] we switch to {{{}>{}}}. The [Kafka Streams quickstart|https://kafka.apache.org/documentation/streams/quickstart] also uses {{{}>{}}}. I don't think there's a reason for this, but if there is one (root vs user account?) it should be explained.
