Open Office Error

	I have just spent almost two hours working on something in open office for a 'unexpected error' to suddenly close the document. The 'document recovery' then opened up a blank form with none of my work. Absolute useless piece of software.

Have you saved your work during the two hours you you worked on the document?
By the way you can set your preferences to auto save it on specified intervals under Tools --> Options

Don't blame the software for errors outside the software.
