Issue with webM format:

"WebM files consist of video streams compressed with the *VP8 or VP9* video
codec, audio streams compressed with the *Vorbis or Opus* audio codecs, and
WebVTT text tracks." (http://www.webmproject.org/about/faq/)

all these commands fails:

$ ffmpeg -i sample.webm -c:v h264 -c:a pcm_s32be sample_out.webm
$ ffmpeg -i sample.webm -c:v h264 sample_out.webm
$ ffmpeg -i sample.webm -c:a pcm_s32be sample_out.webm

What to do with webM format with h264 video and pcm audio?
