   Conflicting with `master` again after the last fix went green, I'll rebase it since I'm already in this one. There's also an open codeant thread saying the new OAuth test mocks `oauth_remotes` before hitting the view, so it isn't actually exercising the `AUTH_TYPE`/`OAUTH_PROVIDERS` config, worth a look before merge.
