   I understand this is mostly "user error" but I needed to read the source to get to the root of the problem which was not obvious. I'd like it if the interface could enforce this....but in the worst case even if it gets closed, the error message is attached to the ticket and is now searchable for anyone else that may struggle with this for a few days.
