   Thinks for your advice. @ashb I have change the unittest test code. @Fokko and rebase on master.
   I add `unittest.skipIf` in test due to [unittest.TestCase.assertLogs](https://docs.python.org/3.5/library/unittest.html#unittest.TestCase.assertLogs) new in python 3.4, CI test will test in python2. We should discuss if it make sence
   PTAL, thanks.
