   Sort of. The config generation does that because multiple parent rules for the same origin are invalid ATS config. Remap lines map to parent lines dest_domain. So, the DS isn't unusable. It mostly works. The problem is, if those parent lines are different on the 2 duplicate DSes (for example, query parameter handling or error codes), then one will arbitrarily be used, and the config for the other will be wrong. But it will "mostly work."

   Technical writing should always use the correct terms, regardless of acronyms or beginning a sentence. The apps are `atstccfg`, `traffic_ops_ort.pl`, and `t3c`; not "ATSTCCFG" or "T3C." It's incorrect and confusing to users to incorrectly capitalize technical terms.
