    Description: 
Due to delay when switching to host config group, we should make the following changes:
1) The text should be "Switch to 'test' " (and include tool tip : switch to "test" host config group)
2) When they, click, spinner next to that text, until the page finishes refreshing/loading. Otherwise, it just disappears
