[D] Why consumer reconsumeLater does not support MessageId? [pulsar]

GitHub user pqab created a discussion: Why consumer reconsumeLater does not support MessageId?

For the `acknowledge` & `negativeAcknowledge`, we can pass with just `MessageId`, but not `reconsumeLater`
Is there any the reason why `reconsumeLater` doesn't support `MessageId`?

Now we are storing`Message` in memory for a while and send a `reconsumeLater` for some cases, it would be nice if we it can pass with `MessageId`, in order to reduce the memory size
