When i run the exact command locally, it does build against 3.0.0-alpha4.
{{mvn clean install -DskipTests -DHBasePatchProcess -Dhadoop-three.version=3.0.0-alpha4 -Dhadoop.profile=3.0}}
However, precommit isn't doing that.
