MINOR: Remove unused hamcrest-core test dependency (#3911)
No test imports org.hamcrest. The only user is JUnit 4, which
already pulls in hamcrest-core 1.3 transitively, so the explicit
declarations in parquet-column and parquet-hadoop are redundant.
