I don't rememeber seeing anyone say they'd do it.

Brian thought it was a good idea, so I'll post something to c.i.w.s.u
to announce 0.8.14

I'll probably be to lazy^H^H^H^H busy to add the changelog, but I will
say the 1.0 is not too far away.



I'll wait half an hour before posting, so as to give you enough time
to ram a stick in my spokes.
