Access Token Service API defines the service interface for client requesting access token to a Hadoop service. A valid identity token which stands for an authenticated user must be provided to exchange an access token. An access token is for a specific service and thus cannot be used for accessing other Hadoop service than it was originally requested for. The scope of this task is highlighted as following: 

* Define Access Token Service API interface and commonn facilities.
* Specify how to configure and register Access Token Service implementation based on the pluggable framework.
