JSL version of xdoc available for testing

I've just patched the xdoc plugin so that the default implementaiton uses
JSL now instead of DVSL in an attempt to fix some of the issues that DVSL
was introducing into the Reactor.

Hopefully sites should build pretty similar as before. If there's an issue
with anyones site you can switch back to DVSL by setting the following
property (in your project.properties or a build.properties)

    maven.xdoc.useDVSL=true

Hopefully any rough edges of the new xdoc plugin should be ironed out pretty
soon
