STR:
Click on Background operations in ambari-web for a cluster that has had couple of failed operations
Filter operations that are in "failed" status from right top filter.
Click on specific failed operation. This will take to list of hosts menu for that failed operation with filter set to default value
Click back on Operations.
Actual behavior: This navigates back to Operations menu with filter set to default value of "All"
Desired behavior: Filter should remain set to "Failed" status
Same should happen for Hosts and Tasks navigation
