There's some tweaks I want to do on the lucene impl:
 - simplify the index impl by saving the changes directly to the index node store
 - rename the impl to comply with the 'editor' naming scheme
 - tweak the index config so that we can restring the indexed properties (now it just includes everything)
 - tweak the #getCost method so that it return a small value in the case of a full text search, or otherwise not use the index at all
