The loan collateral API response is missing several collateral fields that are already available in the client collateral API, resulting in inconsistent data between the two endpoints.

Currently, `LoanCollateralManagementData` / `LoanCollateralResponseData` only include the following fields:

* `clientCollateralId`
* `quantity`
* `total`
* `totalCollateral`
* `id`

However, the following fields, which are available in the client-level collateral response, are not returned:

* `name` (collateral type name)
* `unitPrice` (base price per unit)
* `pctToBase` (percentage applied to the base price when calculating the collateral value)

As a result, consumers of the loan collateral endpoints cannot display complete collateral information or determine the collateral type and pricing details without making an additional request to the client collateral API.

**Expected:** Loan collateral responses should include `name`, `unitPrice`, and `pctToBase` in addition to the existing fields, providing the same collateral information available through the client-level collateral API.
